We are here to keep your sex life revving.  Our process is so smooth, simple, convenient, and hassle-free, you can do it right from your bed (which we know is where you want to be in the first place).  We will discreetly ship you the same medication your in-person doctor would prescribe, save you the embarrassing trip  and awkward pharmacy counter transaction, and get you right back to business in no time...all for just $10/month plus the cost of medication.  What are you waiting for?

Where's my order?

Did you fill out the medical forms??  We can't pass your order on to the medical team without this information.  Don't worry!  Your information is safe with us.  We know you don't want your sensitive health information plastered all over the internet.  That's why our medical questions come after you complete your purchase. You're putting your data directly into the medical teams HIPAA certified, private server.  That way you can be sure of two things: 1) the internet nerds that work on our site NEVER have access to your health information; and 2) your identification and data are not vulnerable to data breaches, or other web nonsense.  

If you have filled out your medical history form, you can expect your order within 3-5 business days - usually sooner.  If you don't have your order on the 5th business day, and you have filled out your medical form, PLEASE give us a call at 866.MySwink.

 

Is this a membership?  Will I get billed again?

No!  We won't bill you unless you want us to - meaning, no recurrent charges on your card and nothing sent to you unless you specifically as us for it!  We will send you reminders and coupons on occasion, but there's no commitment on your end.  Try us out and see why everyone is making the switch to treatment on demand, rather than on our schedule!

Is my information private?

All health related information is kept 100% private and HIPAA safe. Only the medical team reviewing your chart will put their eyes on it.  For further information, please take a look at our privacy policy.

Do you accept health insurance?

Nope!  But we do save you a lot of time, embarrassment, and gas money!

Can I stop going to my regular doctor?

Swink does not replace your primary care physician (PCP), and, if you have concerns or health issues beyond the bedroom, you should absolutely keep your PCP involved with your healthcare needs.  If you need any information to pass along to your PCP, feel free to message your doctor from your account messaging center.

Is it safe to get medicine online?

The medicine is the exact same medicine prescribed by PCPs and specialists all over the world.  It is the same medicine you would get if you filled your prescription at your local pharmacy (which, by the way, you can totally do).  The medical team relies on the information you provide during your online visit.  You are responsible for accurately and completely reporting your health information to the medical team.  The medical team also needs to verify who they're treating, which is why you're asked to provide both a photo, and a government issued identification during your visit.  Once you get this medicine in your hot little hand, you are responsible for reading the enclosed safety information, and following the dosage instructions before taking it.  If you are unsure of how to use the medicine, feel free to message the medical team from the Doctor Messaging area of your "My Account" page.

I have an emergency!  Can I message the doctor?

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. 

Where do you ship?

We are working on shipping everywhere in the United States, but telemedicine is complicated and evolving.  If your state isn't available at checkout, drop us a line at states@myswink.com.
